Return/Refund Policy

  1. SPECBOLT ACCEPTS RETURNS WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

  3. The exchange of any factory-defective Specbolt products is at the option of Specbolt and in no event does Specbolt assume liability for any damage beyond refund of the purchase price of its non-conforming goods, or the repair or replacement of the same. Do not return any product without prior authorization. Return freight should be prepaid.
  4. All requests for return should reference the invoice number and purchase order for the material ordered. Return for credit period is within twelve (15) days of recieving your product.
  5. All shipping costs for returns will be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise specified.
  6. Returned material should be in standard package quantities and saleable condition.
  7. For orders refused at time of delivery customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as any return shipping charges.
  8. 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returned material.
  9. All custom-built restoration kits are NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
  10. Specbolt will not be held liable for misuse or improper installation of our fasteners nor will Specbolt be held liable for any damages or injury as a result of the installation of these products. Please consult your motorcycle manufacturer if you have any questions regarding proper placement or torque spec requirements.

Shipping policy

  1. Specbolt will ship all orders within 2 business days after recieving cleared payment.
  2. Specbolt uses USPS shipping but can accommodate most other shipping methods upon request. USPS shipping generally take 2-3 days inside the USA and longer for other countries.
  3. International customers should include a current phone number to help insure delivery.
  4. Specbolt will be responsible for items that are lost in transit and will send out replacements at no additional charge. Shipments are considered lost if after 30 days they are not delivered or trackable.
  5. Specbolt will combine ship whenever possible to save you money. If you pay for multiple shipping and we can combine, we will refund you the appropriate amount.
